Every web site is unique and requires different information, designing, deadlines, and the likes. Based on that we'd need to discuss your particular needs and come up with an estimate. Just to give you an idea, JM Web Designs charges for: design time, HTML coding - if any, additional add-ons, photo galleries, embedded media and maintenance - if elected. The other charge you incur is the web hosting fee - which is actually very low in comparison to others! You will be given a choice between 2 (two) web hosting providers with all the pertinent information to chose what's best for your needs. We will take care of the domain registration, email accounts, web site search engine placement, and all that "stuff" - so don't worry about that!JM Web Designs has created websites for as low as $275! How It Works
JM Web Designs is based in Westchester County, NY but does work all over the tri-state area as well as other states in the U.S. Your entire site can be built through emails, phone calls and snail mail. Once we receive all the necessary information we built your site for your approval and make any changes as directed. If you have any questions along the way we're always here to help answer them.
Photo Galleries
You have several options with photo galleries. You have the standard - included with your hosting package, but that sometimes isn't enough. Should you require this option, JM Web Designs will provide you with a couple of options and visuals. Pricing ranges between $35-$65 depending on the type of gallery you choose and/or need.Photo Scans
If you have a bunch of pictures and no scanner and would like to include them on your site or gallery, you can mail us the pictures, we'll scan them and mail them back to you. It's that simple! Photo scans are $.05 per picture.
Embedded Media
Upon completion of your site you have the choice of maintaining the site yourself or hiring JM Web Designs to maintain it for a small fee - as always based on your needs. If you choose to maintain the site JM Web Designs will provide you with your login information as well as a one-time training. This is where we put a media player on your web site that plays music or video. Slide shows included as embedded media. Each file is $5. If you have a NON-COPYRIGHTED (unless you own the rights) DVD that you want to turn into media we can do that as well. Each DVD is $10.
